Our Services

Due to intrinsic aging, from 20 onwards, a person loses one percent of the facial collagen from their skin each year. Due to sun damage and environmental damage, such as tobacco use and exposure to pollution, extrinsic aging occurs in addition to intrinsic aging.

Extrinsic aging is noticeable as thickening of the cornified layer, pre-cancerous changes such as lesions (actinic keratosis), freckle and sunspot formation, and excessive loss of collagen and elastin.

On their own or together, these processes give your skin the appearance of rough texture, uneven tone, brown patches, thinner skin, and fine and deep wrinkles. The goal of facial rejuvenation treatments is to improve your skin’s appearance by evening out your skin tone and any texture, decreasing sunspots, reducing redness, and minimizing both fine and deep wrinkles.

If you want to even out your skin tone, we recommend intense pulsed light (IPL). We have both the Cutera Xeo and Cynosure Starlux for IPL laser facial near you. Our signature IPL is the Limelight Laser Facial which uses the Cutera Limelight Handpiece to rejuvenate your skin in just 23 treatments. Moreover, our Cutera Xeo Laser Genesis procedure has gained popularity for achieving brighter, more uniform skin without any downtime.

Both the versatile Cutera Xeo and the Cynosure Starlux are capable of performing a variety of treatments. Besides IPL facial near you and Laser Genesis, we also use these exceptional devices to perform 1540 Fractional Resurfacing, Laser Vein Treatments, Laser Hair Removal, and Facial Vein Treatments.

Limelight Photofacial (IPL)

The Limelight Photofacial is one of our most popular and effective treatments to reduce the signs of aging. After just 23 treatments, you will notice a dramatic difference in your skin’s overall tone and texture as well as reduced pigmented spots. Limelight’s Cutera delivers a non-invasive light treatment that can be customized for different skin tones and aging conditions, resulting in an exceptional skin revitalization with minimal discomfort and no downtime.

In addition to treating sun spots, benign pigmented lesions, and vascular problems in the skin, our Limelight IPL Photofacial near you balances pigmentation and improves your overall complexion. Our personalized and result-oriented approach ensures you see a dramatic difference in your specific skin issues.

Laser Genesis

This popular, no-downtime laser genesis procedure for skin revitalization decreases redness and pigment spots while improving skin texture and collagen buildup. With the help of a special pulsed laser, our Cutera Laser Genesis treatments stimulate the production of collagen and elastin in your skin by gently warming it and targeting the fine structures of your dermis. The laser generates collagen and elastin that reduce wrinkles, broken blood vessels, and fine lines around the lips.

This treatment effectively tightens, smooths, and tones the skin, reduces pore size, improves acne scars, and significantly reduces facial redness. This treatment can also address skin issues like rosacea, a common skin disorder that causes facial redness, flushing, dilated capillaries, and, occasionally, intermittent acne breakouts.

If you would like to address your skin concerns with this effective treatment, come on over to our medical spa in Cincinnati. We also offer other popular skin procedures like microneedling with PRP near you to help you meet your skin goals.

Lux 1540 Fractional Facial Resurfacing

Our Cynosure Lux 1540 treatment combines the potency of ablative lasers (that get rid of the top layer of the skin) with the safety of nonablative lasers (that deliver heat to a small portion of the skin). The Lux 1540 works by emitting thousands of tiny columns of energy to deeply penetrate your skin, causing micro-injuries that stimulate your body’s natural healing response as well as collagen production. It works well on the face, neck, chest, arms, and hands.

While you may need multiple treatments to see results, there is minimal redness or damage to the skin’s appearance immediately after the procedure, so it can be a good choice for those who need minimal recovery time.

Cynosure TempSure Envi

Our Cynosure TempSure Envi treatment is a gentle radiofrequency treatment that minimizes facial fine lines and wrinkles, tightens skin, and improves the appearance of cellulite. With the help of this advanced technology, we transmit heat deep into your skin to regenerate collagen and reduce the appearance of forehead wrinkles, frown lines, crow’s feet, and smile lines.

Facial Telangiectasia and Facial Redness

At Limelight Laser and Medical Spa, we have a range of lasers that safely treat facial telangiectasia (spider veins), facial redness (rosacea), and reddened scars. Laser therapy is minimally invasive and is generally the most effective treatment for facial telangiectasia and broken capillaries. It is often the treatment of choice for the face and neck but can also be used to treat other body parts.

We can also use our laser treatments to address diffuse facial redness or any reddened scars, and you should see visible results within 23 laser treatments.

"Three For Me" Laser Treatments

As we age, our skin appears tired and not as radiant as it once was. This happens due to aging, sun exposure, environmental factors that affect the skin, and genetics. We can help you regain your lost radiance with the help of our signature treatment. During our “Three for Me” treatment, two treatments are done back-to-back during the same visit —IPL and Cynosure 1540 Fractional Facial Resurfacing.

This highly effective combination of treatments corrects three common skin concerns—fine wrinkles, sun damage, and facial veins and redness, all at once. This procedure not only saves you time but also yields very effective results.
